Your family is your pride and joy.
Coinciding with Canadian Agricultural Safety Week in March, we are going to give you the tools to understand the challenges unique to keeping every generation in your family safe. From the young toddler; to the busy adult juggling family, farm, and work; to the elder farmer with an age-defying drive to keep on farming. There are risks specific to each group—and ways to manage those risks.
Last year, we focused on children. This year, we are focusing on Appealing to Adults. And in 2018, we will focus on seniors. So get ready to browse through our resources, tweet your support, and declare to your friends and followers that you are an AgSafe Family. We’d love to hear from you. Contact us, or tweet us at @planfarmsafety and @cfafca using the hashtag #AgSafeFamily.
Media and communication professionals looking for content need look no further than the Ag Safety Week electronic MEDIA KIT. In it you'll find stories about farmers, expert safety advice, pictures, graphics and more!
APPEALING TO ADULTS
Even adults need some help sometimes. That's why we are working on developing some resources that can be duplicated, shared and used by anyone in the ag industry. In the past we've developed Toolbox Talks and a FarmTalk series. This year, we wil have new toolbox talks and a women's health series. If you'd like more information, contact us!
